A Workshop for Men Ready to Deepen Their Capacity for Connection ✨

Many masculine identified people carry quiet stories of shame around desire, vulnerability, performance, rejection, or emotional expression. These stories often live beneath the surface, shaping relationships, communication, sexuality, and the ability to feel truly seen.

This workshop is an opportunity to slow down and explore those stories in a supportive environment with other men who are also ready to grow. Together we will examine the cultural expectations placed on masculinity, uncover the shame that can quietly limit intimacy, and practice new ways of relating that are more honest, embodied, and connected.

This is not about fixing men.

It is about giving men a place to be human. ❤️‍🩹

Through guided exercises, discussion, and somatic practices, participants will explore how shame shows up in their bodies, their relationships, and their sense of identity. The space is designed to be welcoming to both men who are new to this work and those who have already begun their personal growth journey.

We will engage in:

📓 Reflection exercises to uncover personal shame narratives

🧘🏼‍♂️ Somatic practices to locate and release shame held in the body

🫂 Small group sharing circles with other men

🌹 Practices for showing up more present and attuned in intimate relationships

This workshop is for you if you want to become a more present and connected partner in your relationships. It is for men who want to better understand how shame may have shaped their intimacy, sexuality, or emotional expression, and who are ready to build deeper emotional awareness and communication skills.
