FAQ What should I wear to the workshop?

Loungewear, sweatpants, pajamas, yoga pants, and other comfortable clothing are all great. Please wear a minimum of shorts and a tank top.

What if I become aroused during the workshop?

This is a platonic, non-sexual space but arousal is a natural bodily response that sometimes happens. We ask that participants not pursue a state of arousal or act upon it. If your own state of arousal becomes distracting or uncomfortable for you or another participant, you can always take a break and rejoin the group at a later time.

What if I don't want to cuddle with someone or they don't want to cuddle with me?

"No" is a perfectly acceptable answer within the cuddle space, no questions asked. Every participant is within their right to turn down a cuddle request and we encourage participants to receive a "no" as a gift and move on respectfully.

Is this a singles event?

This workshop is for everyone. It is a platonic space focused on connection, relaxation, and healing. You can attend alone or with a friend(s) or partner(s).
