Can you come home to self? ✨

Devoted to HER is a monthly gathering dedicated to the lifelong practice of coming home to HER, YOU, YOURSELF.

Each month, we explore a different theme through guided conversation, embodied practices, and community connection. Together, we create space to slow down, notice what has been shaping us, and gently return to the parts of ourselves that are asking to be seen. 🌸

This series is rooted in the belief that healing, pleasure, and authentic expression are deeply connected. Every gathering offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself while building trust and intimacy within a carefully held community.

We open our container with a drop-in meditation and an opening circle, a way to honor each of the women who are in the space and to begin bridging our connection as a group. We then move into our ritual container where we explore the theme of the month through guided reflection practices, circles of sharing and witnessing each other's stories, and bringing ourselves home to the body through a somatic (body-focused) exercise.

Once we complete our ritual, the container will open for play and exploration. Creating a space for us to embody our desires and connect with others through consensually playful and sensual activities. Imagine cuddle puddles, hair brushing, massages, and sensual exploration.

September Theme: Adorn HER

One of the ways we can honor our bodies is by adorning them. Adornment is the universal human practice of decorating, modifying, embellishing, or enhancing the body. Across cultures and throughout history, we have used jewelry, paint, flowers, fabric, scent, beads, and other forms of decoration to mark celebration, transformation, beauty, belonging, and devotion.

In this ritual, we invite you to approach adornment not as a way of making the body better, but as an act of reverence for what is already here. We adorn what we consider sacred. We decorate altars. We place flowers at places of devotion. We embellish the things we treasure.

🌸 What might it feel like to offer that same attention to our bodies? 🌸

You don't need to have experience with embodiment practices or play spaces to attend. You only need a willingness to get curious, move at your own pace, and meet yourself with compassion.

This event is open to all women (18+) who have the shared lived experience of being a woman and desire deeper connections and exploration with other women.
