About the event

Can you honor what you want? ✨

Devoted to HER is a monthly gathering dedicated to the lifelong practice of coming home to yourself.

Each month, we explore a different theme through guided conversation, embodied practices, and community connection. Together, we create space to slow down, notice what has been shaping us, and gently return to the parts of ourselves that are asking to be seen. 🌸

This series is rooted in the belief that healing, pleasure, and authentic expression are deeply connected. Every gathering offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself while building trust and intimacy within a carefully held community.

Each Devoted to HER gathering is designed as a full-day journey with two connected experiences.

Daytime Workshop | 2:00–6:00 PM

The afternoon is dedicated to learning, reflection, and embodied practice. Together, we'll explore the month's theme through guided exercises, somatic practices, discussion, and intentional connection. This is where we build awareness, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical tools you can carry into your everyday life.

Evening Play Space | 8:00 PM–1:00 AM

The evening is an optional, consent-centered play space where you can embody what you've explored throughout the day. Rather than learning about desire, boundaries, communication, or pleasure intellectually, you'll have the opportunity to practice them in real time within a thoughtfully facilitated environment.

The workshop and play space are designed to complement one another. The daytime experience creates the foundation; the evening offers space for integration through authentic connection and exploration. You are welcome to attend the workshop on its own or continue into the evening if it feels aligned with your journey.

August Theme: Releasing Shame for Desire

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to quiet our wants. We learned to prioritize being agreeable over being honest, to anticipate the needs of others before listening to our own, or to confuse what was expected of us with what we truly desired.

Desire is more than sexuality or eroticism; it is the exploration of the life force of our deep connection to the guiding light within us. The place where our passion and our discernment meet.

During our daytime workshop, we'll explore what desire feels like in the body, what gets in the way of hearing it, and how to reconnect with your own yes, your own no, and everything in between. Through guided reflection, somatic practices, partner exercises, and community discussion, we'll practice noticing desire without judgment and expressing it with clarity and compassion.

Together, we'll explore questions like:

  • What do I actually want?

  • What shame do I feel for my desires?

  • What have I been taught to want?

  • What happens in my body when I ask for more?

  • What would change if I trusted my desires?

The evening offers a consent-centered space to practice what we've explored throughout the day: asking for what you want, expressing boundaries, receiving a no, celebrating a yes, and allowing curiosity to guide connection. Whether your practice looks like conversation, touch, observation, play, or simply being present, every choice is valid. There is no right way to participate beyond honoring yourself and respecting others.

Whether you join us for the workshop, the evening experience, or both, Devoted to HER is an invitation to remember that your desires are not something to suppress or apologize for. They are worthy of your attention.

This gathering is for you if...

  • You have a hard time answering the question, "What do you want?"

  • You often put other people's needs before your own.

  • You want to reconnect with your body and trust what it's telling you.

  • You crave deeper authenticity in your relationships.

  • You find yourself saying "yes" when you really mean "maybe" or "no."

  • You want to explore desire beyond sexuality—as a compass for how you live your life.

  • You're ready to replace people-pleasing with self-trust.

You don't need to have experience with embodiment practices or play spaces to attend. You only need a willingness to get curious, move at your own pace, and meet yourself with compassion.

This event is open to all women (18+) who have the shared lived experience of being a woman and desire deeper connections and exploration with other women.

Please note that there are stairs located in the space. 🏠
