Intentionally Entangled was created to center women, femmes, and thems as riggers, artists, and leaders in rope. This space is about more than technique; it’s about the somatic experience of Shibari: the way rope grounds us, helps us feel at home in our bodies, and invites connection with ourselves and with others. Here, rope becomes a practice of reclamation, empowerment, and femme-centered creativity.

All genders are welcome at this event, but tying will be reserved only for femmes (all genders are welcome to be tied/bottom) to create a container that uplifts femme riggers and nurtures empowerment, artistry, and embodied presence.

Creating a Romantic Rope Ritual 🌹

Valentine's Day is approaching, and what better way to celebrate than by creating a romantic rope ritual together. In this workshop, we will explore how to create a romantic rope ritual with your partner. The core focus will be on adding sensual elements to your rope practice. We will engage taste, touch, smell, sound, and sight through multiple lenses, and you'll have time to explore them all. Additionally, we will explore romance as a concept and what it means to actualize the feelings of romance in a rope scene.

What to Expect:

🎀 Opening Circle to gather in community to set intentions, share grounding practices, and open the container together.

🎀 A guided facilitation on how to create a romantic rope ritual

🎀 Closing circle where we'll end the evening together, reflecting, integrating, and sealing our shared experience.
